According to Article 13 (1 and 2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe Spółka Akcyjna with the registered office in ul. Mrozowa 9, 31-752 Kraków, hereinafter referred to as HPR S.A.;
Your personal data in the form of an image captured by video surveillance will be processed to guarantee safety of anyone present on the premises of HPR S.A. and to secure the property in accordance with Article 6 (1) letter f of GDPR.
Your personal data will be disclosed only to the parties entitled to process them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
Your personal data will be kept for 30 days.
You are entitled to access your data, to correct or remove them, to limit the processing of data, to transfer data, to object to the processing of data, to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, regardless of the consent given, or the method of processing under this consent in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if you claim that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Your presence on the premises of HPR S.A. is tantamount to giving consent to the processing of personal data as indicated in point 3. Failure to give consent to the processing of personal data will result in being denied a permission to access the premises of HPR S.A.
Your personal data will be processed in an automated way - video surveillance records the image continuously. After 30 days the recording is automatically overwritten.
