Information on Commencing Work Under Employment Contract

According to Article 13 (1 and 2) of Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data we inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe Spółka Akcyjna with the registered office in ul. Mrozowa 9, 31-752 Kraków, hereinafter referred to as HPR S.A.;
Your personal data will be processed to commence work under an employment contract and while employment period in accordance with Article 6 (1) letter a, b and c of GDPR regulations;
Your personal data will be disclosed only to the parties entitled to receive them in accordance with applicable law or contract, in particular:
- parties which cooperate with HPR S.A. in terms of providing IT services;
- parties which cooperate with HPR S.A. in terms of occupational medicine;
- parties which cooperate with HPR S.A. in terms of workplace health and safety;
- parties which cooperate with HPR S.A. in terms of improving occupational qualifications;
Your personal data will be kept for the period of employment and the period of time defined in mandatory legal provisions on storing the documents;
You are entitled to demand from the Administrator access to your data, to correct or remove them, to limit the processing of data, to transfer data, to object to the processing of data, to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, regardless of the consent given, or the method of processing under this consent in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority handling personal data protection if you claim that the processing of personal data violates Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.
Providing personal data is mandatory in terms of the provisions required by the law. Providing remaining data is voluntary. Failure to provide mandatory personal data may result in a refusal to commence work under an employment contract, a refusal to grant employee benefits or even termination of an employment contract.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way, including profiling.
